I have banked with them for the last 3 years, there customer service rep in the last 18 months is horrible. It took me, so far 4 visits and 1 hour long phone call to try to change my last name. It still isn't complete and at this point is irrelavent because I'm going to close my account rather than deal with Kerry again. The worst part is when I was complaining about the fact that SHE did my name change wrong she told me I was working with a completely different rep. She bold faced lied to me and I will never do business with them again . Don't do business with them.
