Very bad customer service. Forget about 30 day warranty that Karl tells you comes with everything. Once he has your money (cash) that s all he cares about. Sold me equipment that was the wrong model and size from what he told me (it also needed service that he wouldn t cover on day 1 so much for warranty) and then wanted to charge me rent for this equipment because I couldn t return it to him fast enough. Just a poor businessman...commonly known as a jerk.
