I have taken my cat there several times and have always been treated very professionally by office staff and Dr Schaulk has treated my cat for several health problems much to my satisfaction. I have no complaints at all.

The women who answer the phones are rude and unprofessional. They make you feel like you are bothering them. I have heard from other people about how unprofessional they are. The limited amount of hours they are open makes it impossible. Even though I live in Leroy, I am going somewhere else by someone who had bad experience
