I left a message but they never bothered to call me back.

I went into the emergency room with my 2 year old. She needed oxygen and they simply brought it and left. No explanation - nothing. I had to wrestle it into my car, along with the sick child. They never called or came to pick it up. I was told to bring it back to them. My insurance paid way to much for the service I received!
