I asked that my white shirt be heavy starched and my colored med. It toke over 24 hrs for them to be done. I went in a few hrs early and they said that they were not back yet!!! Where did they go? No one was in the back working on clothes. When I finally did get them back one of my shirts had some dog hair on it and I couldn't even tell that the sleeves had been ironed or starched. To top it off it cost my almost $5 for 3 shirts...laundry not dry cleaning. I will never go back
