I've known the cannon family for years and decided to do business with them. I've experienced great customer service and top of the line equipment. I honestly decided to do business with them because they are a family owned company and I've been nothing but happy. Highly recommend.

This company will supply you with unreliable equipment and charge you every time it breaks a $95 service call and a 125 %markup on items they replace. Unfortunately, you are unable to switch alarm companies while under an agreement, which is 3 years, but I will make sure I follow the guideline to ensure my contract is NOT renewed. I highly recommend that consumers DO NOT have Cannon Security provide alarm or surveillance services for them.
