Waited for over an hour while the doctor had a "meeting in the back." Had the doctor say he wouldn't take care of warts on child's hands but I should "rub a potato on it and bury it in the back yard." When I explained that I have four children and they have all had terrible wart issues to the point that one of them almost needed laser surgery b/c it was consuming his appendage and I and the child wanted the warts frozen off, he told me to "calm down." Doctor Roeser did not value my time as a person and did not respect my desires as a mom of a patient.
