I visited El Cubano while staying with relatives in Kemah. I thought it would be a run of the mill cigar shop but its actually a small factory. The owner showed me around the humidor room and inquired about what I liked in a cigar as he only sells his own brand. I found a small stack of double coronas, Conneticut wrapped with Dominican and purchased one ($6) to try at home. Great smoke, nicely wrapped, easy draw. My compliments to the craftsmen at El Cubano. I will definitely return.

El Cubano's "Manny Especial" is the best cigar I have ever smoked! In fact, I haven't had a cigar from their that I don't like. They have a cigar roller on staff that hand rolls the cigars so if you never seen someone make a cigar, you should stop by, it's truely an art! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I highly recommend this place!
