Lance in the Mini service dept. delivers the best customer service a person could ever want or need.

Every time I have gone into the dealership I have received very good, friendly service and they are always helpful. Also, I am so glad that this dealership was built because it is so much more convenient for me!

I was very happy with the service and also learned some more things from the tech at the front desk about our MINI.

Lance is super at his job. He really tries very hard to please and to help me understand what is going on. Give that guy a raise!!!

I hope they continue to place long-term customer satisfaction ahead of the instant nickel. I get the impression that they're on the right path now, and just need to keep it up.

Lance is a great representative to the customers who come in for service, which I hope his supervisors recognize.

John is a great mechanic that takes time and care of the Mini's he works on. I have no problem wondering how the work he's does is quality!!! Tim and Lance take great care of me. I have no problem taking my Mini to them for service. They are very knowledgeable about Mini's and explain it very well so that I understand what is being done to my Mini!!

I am so grateful that there is a dealership that is close to where I live! Makes my trips to get my Mini serviced a lot more enjoyable!!!
