AWFUL!!! Owner/tech is rude, pushy & doesn't listen (just does what she wants no matter what you tell her). She only sees dollar signs - constantly pushes you to buy her products or to get a manicure (total joke: moisturizer only one hand, no top coat, only a handful of colors to chose from and left me with bloody hangnails for a week afterwards). My once healthy, virgin hair is now full of split ends, can't run my fingers thru it, it's dry & unevenly colored. She starting cutting my hair by grabbing chunks willy-nilly (not comparing chunks to be sure the cuts were evenly matched with the chunk next to it) without asking me first if I wanted it cut, which I didn't, then left me with a hole on the right side, left side is longer than the right. Yes, she charged me for a full cut and full manicure. I wrote to her asking for at least half the money back, but I got no response. DONT GO HERE!
