Loved working with Mollie and would recommend her to anyone looking for an honest and professional pool designer. Great people in the store helping us with spa supplies and accessories as well.

A day prior to arriving at our vacation pool house rental in Galveston a tropical storm hit the the coast. As you may imagine, the pool was a complete disaster. After informing the owner they contacted Rainey pool company, but made no promises that the pool would be in working order during our rental timeframe. Rainey pool company did not disappoint. The technician Luis showed up and was very nice and knowledgeable. After he got the pool functioning he stated that he would contact someone to clean/shock the pool. A short time later Laverne showed up. She was beyond nice and ensured that we were able to safely swim and enjoy the pool. These two exemplary employees were key in our vacation experience turning around and becoming a positive one. Recommend them 100%!!!

Brent went above and beyond working to minimize disruption to our neighbors. He also met us at our convenience when signing off on drawings and picking out materials, etc. Claire and all of the office staff were polite and helpful. Charlie was very thorough with"pool school". Rainey delivered on everything promised, with no hidden costs and giving us a wonderful pool and hot tub in a very small yard! I recommend to everyone.

Rainey Pool Company builds a beautiful pool. We recently contracted Rainey Pool Company to build our pool and is everything we were dreaming of. They are well worth the extra money for this custom pool builder.

I went to Rainey Pools to see a salesperson. The young lady told me no one was there, but Tim Rainey Jr would contact me soon. Over a week later, I called Rainey Pools to find out why I had not been contacted. The receptionist on the phone said she could not understand why, and would get with Mr. Rainey and get right back to me. That was 3 weeks ago. If they won't get with you to sell you a pool, what response can you expect if you have problems. I am looking at other pool builders now. 6/11/12
