Provided by SuperpagesThis Bank is the worst I have ever dealt with, the never send out a statement and their web site is always down. They have no clue about customer service and they are very rude! When ever I have a question about my account the act like I should no what is going on with it, but if I knew then why am I asking? They have so many hidden fees it is crazy and they provide little to no service for them. As far as I am concerned they are only there to steal your money! I hope that people find this out before it is too late, like me. They have somehow stolen $500. from my account and as far as I am concerned that's fine they have lost a customer for life!! I gave them 1 star simply because the review had to have one in order to be accepted. In my book they are a negative 5.
