He has no customer service skills, tells you he will show up and never does and consistently has a bad attitude.
He does not know how to take care of customers and will screw you over......

DO NOT USE THEM............
HE IS RUDE, UNRELIABLE AND NOT A NICE PERSON.
HE SUCKS!! WE HAD TO SWITCH COMPANIES BECAUSE HE WAS SO BAD.


He made 3 appointments and everytime, did not show up...... I would not use him.

Called Capital Air and talked to Eddie...he couldn't make it out right away, which in the Summer most a/c companies are swamped. Found another company that could come right away "Should have been a BIG RED FLAG!" They replaced a run capacitor, charged me $280 for the run capacitor and $120 weekend service call. I thought I was happy...two days later, the unit stopped working again. I called the same company back and they came again and explained to me that I needed a whole new unit. I again called Capital Air for a 2nd quote on a new system. When Capital Air showed up, they rechecked the system and found that the first company had in fact, installed the wrong run capacitor, which caused the unit to over heat and shut down. They installed the correct run capacitor which was $188 total charge...my a/c unit is running just fine. Wish I would have waited for Capital Air. Saved me from a $7,000 mistake...
