My brothers kid went here. I was really upset that my family paid for 3 classes and not one of the kids at any of the recitals seemed to know one darn dance! If you want good photos of your kid in pretty costumes go there! If you want serious dance instruction look elsewhere! Very disappointing.

As soon as I knew I was expecting a girl, I decided my daughter would take dance. I can honestly say that dancing was--and still is--one of my passions. Not surprisingly, my daughter loves dancing and it has been great to watch her growth through the experiences with Center Stage Dance Studio. My daughter has been taking dance classes since she was 4 years old. We have tried several other dance studios in the surrounding area over the years. For the first time since joining Center Stage my 9 year old daughter looks forward to going to class each week. She has been taking Hip Hop classes for a year now and has established her own passion and drive for dance. She constantly talks about the instructor and choreography of her class. Her instructor, Miss Ally, is so wonderful with the kids. She is full of positive energy and you can see that coming through in her students when they dance.

I loved the way the class is set up so the parents can observe through the viewing window. Lots of positive reinforcements for the kids from all the instructors- we were very excited to find this studio and program for our daughter.

The owner Ms. Michelle is very passionate, professional, and pleasant. It’s so refreshing to be involved with a dance studio where the staff and instructors are knowledgeable and it’s apparent that they love what they do. It makes a huge difference in the motivation between students and parents. The teamwork is unlike any other studio we have joined.

We have registered for this school year and I'm looking forward to the recitals. I'm incredibly happy that we have found this studio and I feel like my daughters dance journey can finally begin.

Center Stage is the best dance studio in the Cedar Park and Leander area. They offer a great variety of classes for all ages. The instructors are awesome and work with the dancers according to their abilities and interests. Our daughter loves ballet and participates in competitions. We always love the choreographies and music selection. The atmosphere is friendly and encouraging, after four years it feels like our second home.

daughters atteneded and will be returning for another year. Teachers are great, a very warm and friendly environment. Also great with the little ones.

As a teacher here, I can say this studio is wonderful. My own daughter has been dancing here for almost 10 years and has been a national champion several times. So glad to call this place my home away from home.

After 9 months of dance lessons you would think my daughter would've learned much more dance skills and improved in technique. If you want your daughter to really learn to dance, this is not the place. The teacher just seemed annoyed most of the time and didn't put her heart into it.

I am going somewhere else next year because I want my daughter to learn so much more than she did hear. After nine months you should get so much more results. This place is foo foo dance.

My daughter has danced at Center Stage for 4 years now. She is on their competition team, and I am so proud of her accomplishments. They always do very well at competition. She has become a confident young lady with the help of all of her wonderful teachers at Center Stage. We love Center Stage. The staff is always friendly and helpful as well as the owner.



Side note to the negative review - The kind of owner who you say "is never there" is an owner who had twins 4 months early and had to go to the hospital to see them every day. They were in the hospital for 5 months. Have some heart!

I love this studio and it breaks my heart that there is one person out there so dedicated to writing a bad review. Surely this person, never discussed his/her unhappiness with Michelle because she would do anything for anyone that goes to that studio. Last year she almost lost her twin babies who were born at 24 weeks, so my guess is this person was caught in the middle of a very stressful time for her and the studio b/c it did affect everyone...just like it would if it were your family.

My daughter has been taking dance from Ms.Michelle since the studio opened and we could not be happier...we have had so many great teachers it is hard to count.



The studio is more than just a place to learn dance though...it is a family.

I know several people who have left to try other places and they all tell me how the regret it and many have returned.



This year my daughter competed and won several overall awards, which clearly goes to the quality of instruction.



You could not choose a place that was more affordable, positive, and caring for your child to learn the basic or advanced dance styles...I LOVE IT!!!

We've been dancing at Center Stage for 2 years now. Last year, my daughter started on their competition team and she really enjoys it. Her teachers are wonderful. She has learned a lot and really become a confident, graceful young dancer. The staff and owner have always been very friendly. I think the place is very clean. I've seen the staff cleaning the barres, floors, and toys on several occassions. We love it there and would definitely recommend it to friends.

HORRIBLE PLACE , It is filthy , nasty full of germs , kids running around everywhere & not diciplined. The owner is never there , all the employees are always late . Very small place & old , falling apart . All the teachers quit & do not stay working there.

We have been with Center Stage for six years! She has learned a great deal and loves the dancers/teachers and especially the owner! The recital is wonderful and we look forward to it each year, all her friends and relatives come!

We love this studio! My daughter just started taking hip-hop and cheer and tumble at Center Stage. She loves her classes and her teachers. I love the great deal. Her 2nd class is only $20 per month. She used to take gymnastics, but here she can take dance and cheer and tumble for less than what gymnastics was costing us. The studio is nice with a window and glass door where I can watch her taking class. I highly recommend this studio.
