Would I recommend this company, no. As far as the water purification unit, so far it's fine. However, I would NOT recommend the air system. First off, Trina was my sales person in which she was nice and I had no problems with her but that's the job of being a sales rep obviously. The main issue I'm having is the rediculous/drastic difference in cost that I was charged as opposed to neighbors and other individuals I have spoken with. Therefore I contacted the company to inquire about the price difference and I was told that some people "customers" just negotiate better and we're given a lower price. I also called to see if I could at the least turn the air purification system in because it clearly DOES NOT work because I'm still suffering from constant and regular asthma attacks and am sweeping up dust and what not 24/7. I just do not see the point in paying for a system that is clearly not working. I thought maybe it was just me but it's not. I have another relative that was coming to living with me whom was diagnosed with sarcoidosis therefore I figured the air system would make life a but easier for us, but it's not. So me being pregnant and struggling with my asthma issues and my relative with the asthma and sarcoidosis sucks. Now I also tried to give the benefit of the doubt and just concluded that our ailments were just horrible, but that's not true. I went to Sears and purchased a portable air purifier system and when we turn it on and let it run for a while in the rooms we're in, we notice a drastic difference. So I can only conclude that the air system I was sold is full of crap. I also contacted the company to get someone out asap to check the system for proper functioning and performance and literally every single time I call I never get to speak to someone from the actual company, it's ALWAYS the call center. My appointment was scheduled for Saturday from 10-12 but when I finally recieved a call back from the company they stated that they wouldn't come out til the following Saturday. I am beyond fed up with this company, the price I'm paying, and the integrity. Oh and one more thing, my husband purchased the system for me back in September before he deployed and we were told about the year supply of free product and it is now the end of January and numerous phones calls later I finally got the "email" that should lead me to the free product. Now if I'm reading the email properly, it says the product is at a discounted rate so I'm hoping that when I log in the verbage is different and the product is free. I asked the company about just returning everything and I was told no. So for now I will just give my honest opinion of being an actual customer and say that although the water product works, the company sucks, and the air system sucks, and the customer service sucks....you could easily get the system elsewhere in order to have clean water and be satisfied. I will not recommend any of my friends or family to utilize this company. There are plenty of people I know in my unit on ft hood that live in this area or are looking to move in this area and the first thing I tell them is to not utilize century water solutions or the guy that sales the $3-4,000 Kirby vacuum system.
