I got my teeth cleaned at Crystal Falls Dental. I was so impressed with everything. The staff and did a great job they made sure I was comfortable.

The staff did a great job of making sure my children and I were comfortable throughout our visit. They were kind.

The staff does everything to make you feel comfortable during your visit. You feel welcomed.I really appreciate that and highly recommend them.

The dental hygienist that took care of me is excellent. She was very thorough and very kind and courteous.

Great dental office friendly staff and surprisingly relaxing. They have tv's in every room with your favorite channel to help calm you.

Ok. As far as the dentists themselves go this place is top notch. The problem comes when you have to deal with their office staff. They are friendly enough, but they are clueless. I get the impression they are just starting to figure out this billing business and the lack of experience is apparent when they screw up estimates and paperwork time and again. I kept trying to go there because I really liked the dentists and their hygienists but I can't afford the messed up billing anymore.
