Provided by YP.comDan with Monarch does not stand behind his product. I purchased a slab of granite for a kitchen island from Monarch. When it was delivered and installed we didn't notice an issue. However, within hours of Monarch leaving we noticed a long hairline crack in the granite that went all the way through for about 8 inches. We immediately contacted Dan and asked to have it replaced. Dan asked for pictures, which we sent. After that, nothing. Dan won't return our calls, pretends he's someone else when he does pick up or just hangs up on us. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect a new piece of granite to be replaced with the exact same thing if delivered and installed cracked. Terrible company.
