My recent property tax bill charged me for ESD #7, and ESD #1.

For the past 28 years we have paid ESD #1 ONLY.

In 2005 ESD #1 MERGED with ESD #7. IN 2016 My tax bill had the usual charge for ESD #1, and added ESD #7 at $0.00

This year I am being charged for BOTH ESD #1 AND ESD #7.

Somehow they got away with Re-Creating a "NEW" ESD #7 and overlaid this NEW ESD #7 district on top of the existing ESD 1.

This is DOUBLE TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION !

To my knowledge there's NO ADDITIONAL Fire Stations, Personnel, or Equipment to serve my neighborhood.

WHY must I pay DOUBLE for the SAME SERVICE I have.
