I would give it a zero if that was an option! I have never been treated that rudely in a place of business in my life, and I am not a young person. I would not set foot in that place again if I had only one pair of broken shoes and no money to buy more!!

Just spoke with the person at the shop. Very hard to understand his broken english. He was also unpleasant. I think I will go to another shop in Overland Park in spite of the long drive.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SHOP!!! I took my husband's dress blues shoe to have the sole fixed. At my first visit, the man was very unfriendly and I was worried that he might not do a good job. I picked up the shoe a few days later. It looked good and seems to be repaired properly. My husband wore the shoe two weeks later for the first time and it came apart again on one side. I took it back the next business day and the man again was very unfriendly and asked why I brought it back so much later and I explained that he just wore it the first time two days ago. He took the shoe and did not give me a slip for it to pick up as usual. When I returned today to pick up the shoe, he was VERY rude and asked me if we had another pair of shoes at home. I told him "No my husband only has one pair of these shoes". He told me that I was lying to him that this shoe had glue on it from some other shop, not his shop! I was shocked!!! First, I don't lie!!! Second, what would I gain by lying, getting another shoe repaired that cost $10 to fix??? I can afford $10!!!!!! I don't need to lie about that!!! He continued to yell at me as I took the shoe and left! He did a horrible job with glue now all the way up the side of the shoe! Now, my husband will have to purchase a new pair of dress blue shoes. For all those in the military, DO NOT GIVE THIS SHOP YOUR BUSINESS!!!! He does not deserve our money!!!!
