This is my first apartment, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful with whatever I needed. Very happy with my apartment and fairway hills.

Under new management as of 06/01/16. AMAZING staff and already implementing a 1.3 Million Dollar Renovation that includes painting of the exterior, resurfacing parking lots, fitness center, media room and back patio with gas grills!! You should definitely check them out!

It's trashville. I thought I'd save a couple hundred dollars a month by staying here because I was just needing to stay in town until my son was out of school...BIG MISTAKE! I should have spent the extra cash to at least be in a nicer area. This place is ghetto! Cars driving through the parking lot with loud music, kids riding around on their bikes yelling, "we're going to get some weed," my front door has huge dents in it from the previous tenants I think... the list can go on and on. The build's structure itself is poop. I lived downstairs and I can hear the upstairs conversations. I can hear them open every kitchen cabinet and I hear them use the bathroom. I guess that's what you get for the cheap price, you're surrounded by people who are here because they have to be.

If i were to tell my best friend about this place, this is what I would say.



This place is a dump. The people that live here have no regard for other people. They are loud at all hours of the night and day.



There is new management every month. For the past 6 months, I have not seen the same person in the office when I go to pay rent.



I have lived here for almost a year (waiting for my lease to be up to move) and when I moved into the apartment, it was gross, I spent two days cleaning it before I was comfortable.



They explained that there is a zero tolerance for drugs, yet when I come home from work I can smell pot at least twice a week from another apartment. When this was brought up to management, they shrugged it off.



There is absolutely no where for children to play (which is fine because there is questionable people here, I will not let my son play outside, even with me supervising). And parents do not supervise. There are kids hanging from tress (looking directly into my living room) crawling all over the air conditioner units, and weaving in and out of parked cars in the parking lot with their bikes.



There are only about 10 washers and dryers for the whole apartment complex, and they cost a fortune. There are about 200 people that live here. You do the math... You are lucky if you get to wash your clothes for the week, and the washers are dirty and smell, making your clothes even more gross after they are washed.



I am ashamed to have to say I live here. I can not wait until our lease is up.
