This company actually installed a fence next door (not for me).

They boxed in 3 sprinkler heads of mine, and drilled into a major switch

box of the yard they were working on!!

They proceeded to tell me to figure it out with my sprinkler person... And

ultimately my neighbor paid for the damages b/c this company would not have anything to do with it.

As a matter of fact, I heard the foreman call his boss (the owner) and they worked out a solution of:

Do not do anything unless they ask.

Do not admit fault at all costs...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....

They put a wraught iron fence around our property a few years ago and came back recently to do some extra work because our dogs had found a way to get out. They are an excellent company.

It won't be cheap, but they'll do it right. Had a beautiful cedar picket fence installed at my home in the country in 2002. Sure the gates sag after 13 years, and some of the posts a re warped a tad, but the fence is still beautiful, still doing its job. To me that's pretty amazing. i wouldn't go anywhere else

They tell you before they ever install the fence that it's your responsiblity to have all lines marked, I've used them 3 times and they have asked me and double checked all 3 times to see if I had the lines marked, if the customer says "I'm sure there's nothing there" then they just assumed the liability. This fault woud fall on your neighbor.

A couple years ago I had this company install a lovely cedar fence at my newly constructed home especially for my 2 dogs. The fence is beautiful! The fence came with a life-time written warranty. However after installation, the company has refused to respond to my telephone calls for a period of 2 years now. The corner posts settled, fence posts warped, some boards have knotholes in them, and one gate has been inoperable for 2 summer seasons. This is very annoying! I have called this company time after time. They either don't answer the phone, or when they do answer, they tell me they have my work-order and will be over soon to fix the fence. I don't think 2 years is the definition of "soon"! The price this fence was very expensive but I thought it was worth it at the time because of the life-time warranty. So much for the warranty if they won't warrant their work and materials!!! Do not use this fence company!
