I paid over $174 to have a nearly new mower repaired. While they did manage to make it start, it runs so badly that it would not cut with the drive engaged, and I was embarrassed to operate it with it coughing and sputtering. They dont answer the phone and they dont call back when you leave a message. Keep away from this place.

Horrible customer service! Depending on who you speak with you are told different things. They say they are going to pick it up on a certain time and date and they don't show up nor do they call to let you know then ehy refuse to even work on your mower. They worked on it earlier in the summer and I asked for the tires to be changed and they came back to me as the same flat tires.

stay away from this place they charge $45 for a diagnosis which they don't perform and then they'll keep your lawn mower if you don't pay the $45 rip off

Do not go to this place. I asked for a full service tube up on my lawnmower and they didn't even change the spark plug and the blades weren't even sharpened well. All they did was change the oil.
