Provided by YPmobilemy boyfriend and I requested a cab last night around 10pm . We got into the cab and the driver immediately started driving through the parking lot, before we had the opportunity to get settled and fasten our seatbelts. The driver smashed head first into a utility pole as I was repeatedly saying "MA'AM.. THERE'S A POLE , MA'AM YOURE DRIVING TOWARDS A POLE . " we obviously got out and found an alternative ride home. I contacted the same ( and only ) cab company about an hour later, as I needed to go to the gas station exactly 1.1 miles from our home. I spoke with the same dispatcher. She vividly recalled who I was from my recent experience. I was charged $7.75 for 2.2 mile round trip cab ride, one hour after being involved in a collision with a utility pole. Atrocious customer service. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Provided by YP.comOrdered a cab for school. Cab came 40 minutes late making me tardy and I was in the rain waiting, soaking wet.

Provided by YP.comI called a taxi to take me to Atchison from the PX on Leavenworth. I was picked up promply by Johnny which was positive. I was made to pay $52 upfront which was not a problem.
The back seat of the car was not clean and there was a cigarette box on the floor in the back seat as well. The car smelled like cigarettes as well. While in the car, Johnny kept asking me questions and to be honest I didn't feel like talking. I told him I'm here for my job which is true and left it at that. My friend then called and said she was going to meet me at ther PX which I'm grateful for because I didn't want to be in that car due to my allergies. I asked Johnny to take me back to the PX. At this point I observed Johnny pickup his walkie talkie and relay that the "out of town was canceled". He was then observed throwing the walkie talkie back down. I observed him do this 3xs after I asked him to take me back. When we pulled up to the Leavenworth Gate, Johnny reached for my ID and I told him that I could give it to them. He then rolled his eyes and said "wow". I asked was he ok. He said "1st you don't want to talk now you don't want to give your ID". I told him it was nothing personal but I had a long day and don't feel like talking with is true.
When I arrived back to the PX Johnny returned $32 back to me as he said it was $10 down and$10 back (we hadn't made it to the prison yet). No problem.
I would not recommend riding with Johnny if you have allergies as his vehicle smells like smoke. I would also recommend that Johnny understand that all clients don't want to talk and due to confidentiality there are some things that can't be discussed. This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this company.

Provided by YP.comDon't reccomend. Booked a cab to get to the airport. Dispatcher told me 30 minutes or so. Called them back after waiting for 45 minutes and dispatcher said they were still working on getting me a cab and they were busy dropping off other fares. I then simply asked for him to be transparent and give me an actual correct estimate of time that they would be here and dispatcher hung up on me and then canceled my cab without telling me. Rude, unprofessional and do not use if you need to actually be somewhere on time.

Provided by YP.comI was forced to use this company because my car was being repaired in town by a place that uses them. If I had a choice I wouldn't have ever used them. The first time they came to get me, the driver refused to take me because of my service dog. That is a violation of the ADA regulations, which I should have reported. The next time I needed their services BEFORE the repair shop opened so I called to make a reservation- I called to confirm the time, between 7 and 7:15am the night before. I arrived at 7am- NO ONE WAS THERE. I had to wait until 7:30am and have the repair shop call before anyone showed up. I was 15 minutes late for work because of them. When I called to get an explanation, they said they were there at 7am and I wasn't. That the driver had to pick up someone else for work or that person would have been late. No apology, no explanation as to why they didn't come back, nothing. So I told them I'd not let the repair shop pay for the service since they made me late for work- they said they'd never pick me up again! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! AVOID USING THEM IF YOU NEED TO BE ON TIME!

Provided by YP.comMy dogs were at animal control and I told the dispatcher I would need to pick my dogs up and that they were fairly large dogs. She said it's no problem they're animal friendly. Once we got to animal control, supposedly the driver wasn't aware that I was putting my two dogs into the car. He then proceeded to complain the rest of the ride back. Then after being completely rude the whole ride back, demanded 10 more dollars because he'd have to clean the car and that it was his personal car (the car was filthy, so I doubt he cleans it). I then called the dispatcher again after I was dropped off and paid the extra 10 dollars, and she said he claimed that my dogs were rowdy and slobbered everywhere! They sat down and just stared out the window the whole trip! I couldn't believe this. The car smelled like an ash trey, it was filthy, the AC didn't work, then charges me an extra 10 dollars to clean "his" car. I even asked the dispatcher if the drivers own the car, she said no...Total ripoff.

The guy during the day that works the phone doesn't do his jobs then lies when you call the 3rd time after waiting for a cab and he says he has to charge for them to come back?!?! Waited in the rain for 45 mins for a cab that never showed!! Highly frustrating! Will never use them again!!

Provided by YP.comI called and to get a taxi to take my son to his Dr appointment. They denied me cause he didn't have a car seat. He's 5 years old I'm pretty sure he will be fine in just a seat belt. My car was in a terrible car accident last week so of course his car seat was in the car and I haven't had time to get a new one. I am very upset

Provided by YP.comi think the cab service in leavenworth kansas is great but some of the people behind the desk or rude and really nasty with some of the people that call and ask for a cab aspecialy in the day time the guy that works the desk in the day time is rude nasty and mean he really seems like he dosent care if you get a cab or not they really should replace him i think is name is TA i think that is what he goes by when you call for a cab the owner should really get someone else in his place hes bad for business and the coustomers, i also notice that there are 2 female drivers at night for the cab company the one who drives cab 10 is a real sweet heart she will go out of her way to make your ride worth taken but i wouldnt ride with the other female driver she dosent pay att to anything i have rode with the driver that drives #10 cab i think she said her name was nola i really like her but not the other female driver i hope i get number 10 again
