The worst McDonald burger ever, we got the #6 and they where far from even warm, also dry, I'm thinking premade 2 hours ago.

We wanted to state what a very positive experience we had at the Leavenworth McDonald's recently (Saturday, August 15, 2009). In particular, we wanted to commend your Customer Service and Lobby Manager, Nick Shikaloff. We are from Abbotsford, British Columbia and we are on vacation. We were very pleasantly surprised by his level of courtesy and professional involvement with the clientele who came into the restaurant. He was most helpful - trouble-shooting problems, helping customers out, and chatting in an engaging and courteous manner with everyone.



I would certainly recommend him for any kind of promotion that is possible. He seems most conscientious and excellent with people. Great public relations! I have never met Nick before, but I can say that, without a doubt, he made our lunch a good one.

This place has a record of getting orders wrong, not always, but enough times for me to notice. This is in a tourist town and on the weekends and holidays it is literally packed, sometimes you can't even get in the door. The inside was recently renovated and is very appealing to the eye, its actually overdone for a mcdonalds.
