I'm very pleased with the service. I've been going to them for about a year now and have NEVER have any problems! There has been times when I had to call, last minute and they were just fine even offered to reschedule me, or wait if I needed. They have always been polite

Horrible Customer Service!!!

I had a lower leg service and then left town on vacation. There were strips of hair left on my legs and when I returned and called to get it corrected they said that since I was gone more than 5 days I would have to pay for it. I asked to speak to the Mgr to see how to get it corrected and Amy told me that the mgr was gone and she would submit a form and I would hear back in 24-48 hours. When I asked her to call someone else she said "I am not calling her unless the building is burning down and it isnt'. You can call corporate My Dear." When I asked for Corps phone # she told me I could email them, that they had no phone # and then hung up on me. I called back and they had Sara answer and said that they didn't know who I was talking to earlier. There are 3 people in the building and they dont' know who just hung up on me????. I went to the website and corporates phone # is there plain as day.



I am amazed an such disrespect and rudeness to a paying customer who just wanted what I paid for. I have had my legs waxed for years and understand that sometimes a strip gets missed but NEVER have been treated so terribly by the establishment that needed to correct the issue. DO NOT go there!
