If you are under the age of 80, do NOT consider renting or purchasing here!!! It is the most unwelcoming community I have EVER had the displeasure of living in! It is full if elderly people who are either grumpy or suffer dementia- who are unkind. Read the pages and pages if by-laws! Do NOT move here if you have a pet! The board (who is totally unprofessional and RUDE) is now considering requiring DNA testing of your pets. This will "prove" who is not picking up after their pets, which is a $100 fine!! There are old women with walkers or oxygen tanks walking their dogs... I am most certain they can hardly bend over to pick up after their dog!!! Some are so mentally gone- its likely they don't know what pet waste is!!! This place is a NIGHTMARE!!!! I can't wait to leave!!! (I am 40 years old and treated like a 15 year old child by the way!!!)
