At our Lebanon, KY location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

as at Captain D's Lebanon Ky today a lady named Mary Ann waited on me and my cousin she was so nice Ordered grilled salmon thought I was getting salmon patties she reordered some patties for me service was great will certainly be going back I love Captain D's we use to have one in Campbellsville,Ky where I live we went once a week I really miss it.

wend to Captin D"s on Thursday Waited on order for 20 minutes .I had to go and ask for my food. My order was cold fries and fish when I got it .was very disapointed. My husband and I went on Sat. service was very bad. Food was seting on tray for about 10 minutes before they called my number. was cold. I told the girl and she said it just came up.lied because I saw it setting on a tray before they told me.
