We have had nothing but great service here. Our dogs are excited to go. They are well cared for. I don't understand anyone complaining about price since we send 2 dogs there for less than any other places want for 1! Yes, people there waiting with their dogs get priority over people on the phone. While the person understands the reasons for delay, dogs don't! Also, the dogs aren't kenneled, even when boarded! I recommend them to anyone in the area looking for doggy respite!

Called to make an appt and was rudely told to call back because they were busy. So I finally called back several days later. When we were going over the info to register and give my info, Harry told me he would have to call me back as he had a "live" customer walk in and was standing in front of him. Well, thank you Harry, you saved me a whole bunch of trouble, because while you needed to call me back, I made reservations with someone else! I will never bring my fur babies here! Apparently, you are only an important customer when you go in person.

Unfortunately, our satisfactory review will not be enough to bring our dog back to Bowserzzz again. While the girls who care for our dog always seem wonderful, attentive, and knowledgeable, the person "in charge" of the operation is unapproachable, rude, and generally uncomfortable to deal with. This reflects poorly on his small business. Bowserzzz is in the business of making people feel like their dogs will be treated well and cared for in a happy and warm environment. After speaking with the man in charge, I see he reflects an unhappy and cold attitude, knowing little about our pet in general. With so many other places much closer to where we live, we will take a chance somewhere else.

I use this resort for my dogs everytime I go away which is usually about 4-5 times a year for a week at a time. I have a high energy english setter and they accommate his energy level by keeping him out side to excerise as much as they can. He plays well with every dog so that plays well in his favor. The cost is about a dollar or so more than other places but not having my dog in a cage is well worth the extra cost.

They have always worked with me on my drop off and pick up time. My only wish is that they would do one or two night stays. If they did I would use them for my short weekend getaways trips.

Over priced, rude, inconvenient location and hours

Our dog stayed here for a week and seemed to be very happy. The staff is wonderful. This place is very clean and well kept. There are no cages here; dogs have their own rooms, with toddler bed and television. Large exercise yards as well. Guilt free boarding for all dog lovers.
