I purchased a home from Clayton homes of Lebanon and have been nothing but very satisfied from the beginning to the end of the process. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. The staff was awesome to me and my family. We had lots of questions and always got the answers. When the home was installed all the workers were helpful and friendly . The few minor things that needed to be done after the installation were done in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend them with no qualms! Lisa and Glenn and devin are the best!!!

It started after a month of paying my 20,000.00 down I finally got a build date when my house would be done. After that the guy they use from neosho mo turns out to be a undependable compolsive liar who said he would be at my house two weekends in a row to look at my old trailor never showed to look or move my old one like I was promised never showed they had to hire a guy out of Columbia mo to move the old house so I could start the foundation the first words out of his mouth was why don't u put the new house in front of ur old one. I'm sorry but are paying for my house this is where I want it. Meanwhile I was promised buy the salesman that my old house would be moved out of the way where I wanted it which was close to the electric pole so I could still live in it I come home to my house sitting in my driveway unlevel with the fridge and freezer full because I was told that it could be put where I want it. Some how they moved it out with out sinking but they tried supposedly to put it my the pole and sunk 10 inches well that's because they didn't use the mats like they did when they moved it because they didn't want to mess with it. Then when we went to pay for the house the flooring was wrong didn't paint the bathroom the right color and didn't put in can lights and a pantry like we wanted. Well they called the people that built it and they tried buying me off so they didnt have to fix it . Then when we went to pay for the house which ypu have to do before u see it touch ur property they had on paper a thousand dollars less than they told me for my trade in there response was well that wasn't including moving my trailer out of the way which I spent hours doing most of the tear down of my old trailor underpinning porches and a.c unit. So here I am on 6/19/14 with no house yet when I paid the money down two months ago. I highley recommend going somewhere else it will be nothing but a mess and a long enough wait that u could have had a uuse built if u mess with these guys. Like I said I'm a quite easy going guy that is being honest it has been a terrible experience. Good luck and hope u took my input into consideration I know I'm just one guy but I promise u I'm very understanding. Check out other dealers for ur sake. I purchased a off frame modular home because the prices they show on line is a glorified moble home that will drop in value as soon as its on ur property. That again is another thing that I wasn't told when I looked at them they are hud approved homes unless you order different. The value is much more when u order off frame modular homes the bank looks at them like stick built homes . Good luck and make the right choice I tried to leave a one star rating but they wouldnt let me said it had profanity lol so I'll leave whatever I have to just read
