I took my van in to get a new back window. It cost me $340. I picked it up and noticed that the window was in crooked. I took it back to let them fix it. The lady told me that it wasn't hurting anything. She started taking off the tape and you could see the sealant coming out the bottom. I told her that we wanted it put back on right. She said that we ran the risk of breaking the glass. I said ok I want it fixed. The did. I picked it back up and it looked great. I was pleased that they made it right, until 4 days later when I ran it through the car wash. Water poured in from the top like a water hose. It got everything wet. The next morning I called them and explained what had happened and told them I wanted my money back. Shane just kept telling me that he didn't think they'd done me wrong and why wouldn't I just let them fix it. Because of their mistakes, what should have taken one afternoon, has now taken 3. I had to eventually put my husband on the phone to get him to agree to give me my money back. I gave them the opportunity to make it right,, but they did not, so it's my right to go somewhere else that is more professional. Have a blessed day.

On my first visit to Don's Auto Glass, I was pleasantly surprised by the clean facility and the friendly service. I called to schedule an appointment and was able to get in the same day for a windshield replacement. It was the cheapest price in town too. Thanks Don for the wonderful experience. I will recommend Don's to anyone needing a windshield replaced.
