I lived here for 3 years before upgrading to a townhouse with much more space. However, the maintenance guy and manager was great to work with. The only time I had an "issue" was when I went to move, she nit picked everything, thus keeping a portion of my deposit. Even though the maintenance man said that mine was one of the cleaner ones he had seen, and even moved into after I moved out. lol. Otherwise, I didn't have any problems from neighbors. You have to expect noise since they are stacked apartments, you either have a neighbor above you or below you. I thought the price was right for a single mom with two kids, and it was equipped with a stackable washer and dryer so I didn't have to go to a coin laundry facility. I would recommend, and HAVE recommended this place to others.

Horrible management. Would not recommend renting from them.
