Great office! Highly recommend. Very gentle and caring. She did a wonderful job. Was very happy with the service on both a filling and a crown.

I have gotten fillings from here and they do a rough job. One of the fillings needs a crown now. I had an appointment for the crown (the first step of it). But they didn't put the temporary one on or measure for the crown because they were too busy asking me how I was going to pay for it.

Their main concern is getting money, not taking care of you. I have a history of paying them in cash, right after my visits, but this time I had to make arrangements with my father, who had already agreed to pay for everything. However, this wasn't good enough for them. So I left and am now looking for a dentist with more skill and is a decent person.

Potter doesn't do most jobs, she just refers you to some place in Springfield. For instance, she doesn't do root canals or puts in the crown.
