My ChowChow mix "Chowder" is four years old and had never been professionally groomed. Aside from vet visits she's had very little handling from strangers. I gave baths and unskilled scissor cuts. The groomer allowed me to stay beside the table to give moral support and to also get in the way. She was very patient with the outbursts during anything done to Chow's feet and face. She took extra time to make it as pleasant experience as possible for a newbie to the groomers table. Chowder certainly looks like a much younger dog now, than when she woke up this morning. I appreciate the extra effort and kindness shown to me and my little girl. I scheduled the next appointment in 8 weeks. Hopefully we can get her used to the real world of haircuts. I'm giving Shaggy Shears 5 stars and poor Chowder only 5 out of 10 stars due to her Drama Queen performance.

Shaggy Shear's is by far the best place to get your pet groomed. Great grooming and fantastic customer service.
