I had a order of live animals( crickets) sitting in my mailbox for over 6hrs, just bc tbeir policy is "if it fits in the mailbox they don't have to let you know the package is there". So now if i want " home " delivery i'm going to have to even more in shipping to make tbem do a signature required to release the package.

I have lived in Lebanon since 2005 and have delt with very patient workers at my local post office as I do not always have everything put together as well as I probably should. I have no problem waiting in line to send something and if I did then I would be willing to just come back when it is a little less busy. The thing that I try to keep in mind is that everyone has a different set of circumstances to deal with and some take longer than others. I love the friendly faces and customer service that I have received and am known to some by name which is a plus for me.

i stood in line for 45 minutes to mail back something that i DID NOT order, which they want me to pay for. the only checker, Ellen, was rude and inconsiderate of her customers. i absolutely hate the lebanon post office! and i live on Hood street and whoever delivers my mail took a box out of the mailbox , threw it on the ground and stomped it. why is this postal service so retarded here?? wtf!!@
