This is the WORST COMPANY that I have ever done business! the billing is a joke. They turned me over to a collection agency and I had never received a bill from them. They FORGOT to pick up the dumpster for 2 months after we disconnected service with them. There is never a person who will speak to you in customer service. They simply don't care!

WCA has got to be the worst trash company in this town. It took them 3 weeks to pick up their dumpster, but they left all the trash. Then we call and say you need to come get the rest of this 3 times in the last week and a half to be told it was on the ticket to be picked up 3 times on 3 different days, yet there it still sits on the curb. We had to go drag it all into our garage because it is blowing all over the neighborhood. Worst trash company ever!

I have used Waste Management for at least 20 years. I have never had a problem with them picking up on the day they are supposed. 16 years of this was in the country and the rest inside the city limits. I find them easy to work with. Customer service is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend using Waste Management.

Unfortunately it's our only choice. You never know when the will pick up your trash. Constantly making calls because they don't pick up our trash.
