I had the opportunity to stay in this new hotel near DHMC in Hanover, New Hampshire and I must say that it is the nicest Days Inn I have ever stayed in. I had an issue with the Safe in the room and the Owner himself came to the hotel @ midnight to ensure I could get the safe open to retrieve my meds. The front desk staff were very kind and tried everything they could to resolve the problem while contacting both the safe company and the owner.



The staff were professional yet friendly, just what you would expect from us NH residents. They went far above their job description to accomodate my needs. THe night desk woman was kind enough to sit and chat with me while we awaited the owners arrival and he was prompt and friendly as well, quite a surprise since it was such a late hour and he was awaked from sleep.



The room itself was comfortable and very clean. It had all the ammenities that a person traveling alone could want, even free movies and fresh popcorn available for the guests. Cable, refrigerator, safe, microwave, desk and free wifi. Breakfast was included and there was a large variety of foods; both hot and cold, along with a lovely dining area designed to be lit by the rising sun.



This is a lovely hotel for business or leisure travel and is kid-friendly. Even though located close to the Interstate; I heard no traffic at night and was able to sleep peacefully on their thick and comfortable bed. I recommend this hotel for its value and outstanding customer service. I know I will stay there again!!
