MSI came to our aid when we had a complex and time sensitive project involving multiple trades. I couldn’t be happier with the result and our interactions with everyone in the company.

My husband and I just finished up a major remodel and Master Bathroom project with MSI and were truly impressed by every aspect of the process. The foreman and crew were always there when they said they would be, left the site clean at the end of every day and did a capable and professional job from start to finish. I would highly reccommend MSI as a General Contractor for your remodeling project and MSI Plumbing for any plumbing stuff. They were not the bottom price, nor the top but I learned long ago not to shop on price alone.......excellent service and a company you can count on!

I have been working with MSI on and off for the last few years. The company strives for perfection and is very customer service oriented. I recommend them every chance I get and my friends have been pleased with their work. They set expectations, they are reliable, their work is immaculate and they really pay attention to details. They actually show up on time and give accurate quotes!!! How refreshing…..

We wanted to finally remodel our bathroom and chose MSI because of their detailed proposal and attention to detail. Their guys could not have been more professional during the remodel. They were clean, which was especially amazing since it seemed like such a dirty job! The guys seemed to be happy workers and overall I was very pleased with the finished bathroom. Would recommend to anyone who asked!

I've been using MSI for the past couple of years. They have been doing the yearly service on my a/c and furnace. They have also been out to replace my water heater and my reverse osmosis water filter. They have always been prompt and efficient. The charges seem fair (though I haven't really comparison shopped). They take the time to answer my questions. I can make all my service arrangements via email, which is very convenient. I really have no complaints.

overpriced, poor service

MSI did a great job of replacing and removing the old sewer pipes from inside our house. They were very professional and on time. The area was clean after they left. The price matched the estimate we received. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

I set up an appointment with MSI to look at my AC. I took a day off from work to accomodate the visit. They don't show up. They call me to tell me they can't make it, so I reschedule. Again, I take a day off. He looks at the system, tells me there is leak and that it would take a whole day to find it and he didn't have time to do it that day. Tells me that there is no charge for the day's diagnostic. I decide to go with another company and they send me a bill for $100 anyway. You want good sevice and someone who shows up on time, go somewhere else.
