Contrary to a review already posted, we found the staff most accommodating for seating, the food was good to very good. Our waitress was excellent. She made suggestions, was attentive, prompt, filled water glasses, asked about quality, attentive to any needs. Would and have recommended to others. I usually tip 18% or a little more for service of this quality.

Had a family dinner here on a Saturday night. Our server (#24) only served us our first drink and our dinner. He never asked how our food was or asked if we needed anything. He never refilled our drinks either. When we returned home we realized we had been charged 18% gratuity to our bill. We wouldn't have had a problem with this if he had earned it, however he did not give us proper service and his attitude was no better. So a called was made to them. Well the first statement was a lie, she stated she was the owner that was not true. She stated lots of restaurants do this. She was basically rude and hung up. So I guess they thank its OK that their employees treat their customer's like crap and get 18% tips plus a pay check to do nothing. So if you want to over pay for food that comes from Gordon's foods and not be served properly and with an attitude this is the place for you! Not us we will spend our hard earned money some where else.
