Twice in the last week, my car broke down and had to be towed. On both occasions, AAA dispatched Jacob’s towing service. Both times, the truck arrived well ahead of the predicted time. The drivers were courteous and professional. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

They are rude. I called on behalf of my boyfriend to see how much it would cost to get his car out after being in a car accident. They told me that he would have to be the one to call to get that information. I was fine with that but the lady I was talking to was very rude and short with me. She was the same way the day before when I had called to ask what time they closed and what we needed to bring with us to get the car.
