Provided by YP.comMy experience with JR Computers Inc. was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I have ever had. It took numerous emails, phone calls and even threats of legal action for them to deliver a laptop that I paid for weeks earlier. When I finally did receive the laptop, it had half the memory it was supposed to have and the wrong operating system. I have also since learned from the manufacturer that JR Computers sold me a refurbished machine without revelaing this fact to me. I would not recommend them to anyone.
It is funny how we can have hundreds of customers that love our company. We did tell this customer he was buying a used laptop, and he agreed and sighned a recite, and left very happy. Sometimes you cannot please some people. I am the owner.
