We were recommended to use this company from friends who are relatives of the owner. Scheduled maintenance after receiving a quote in summer of 2014 and they never showed up, never received any type of communication as to why or a follow-up. Found out later from our friends owner was serving time for driving under the influence. We still would have allowed him to do the work after being released, but they never followed-up with us. We lost time and money trying to use friends relatives.

We inherited a 20x40x9 inground swimming pool and asked Accent Pools to assist with opening the pool. We were particularly concerned about the pump.

When Accent Pools evaluated our pool, they claim the pump was fine. Skeptical of their evaluation, we looked over the pump only to find the pump had a crack and the plate on the pump indicated 1/2 HP.

When we asked Accent Pools about the 1/2 HP , Accent Pools claimed the pump was 3/4 to 1 HP.

Regarding customer service, their customer experience skills are almost non-existent. We had scheduled an appointment with them and they dd not show. No call - not even a follow up to reschedule.

Regarding charges for visits, Accent pools charged us for 3 hours of service at $75/hr. We know that on one visit they were here for 1/2 hour. After receiving the bills, we questioned the service hours, Accent pools adjusted the bill.
