Got my truck inspected, needed an exhaust hanger they mounted the exhaust up against my bumper cover it melted, then drove my truck to work the next day and almost lost 2 wheels the lug nuts were not torqued I have been going to fire stone here for we'll over 15 years and never had an issue till now but these mistakes could cost someone there life or worse yet a child their life....

I always go to a local Ford dealer here in Lebanon county for most things, but I needed an inspection and I had a coupon for a 29.00 inspection from this Firestone store. When you use a coupon that sometimes can come with a price, so instead of leaving with a cost of 34.00 which included tax they supposedly found that both middle brake lights on my car were not working.





I made the mistake of not asking to see what they were talking about and was charged an extra 46 dollars, so it was my fault in not checking my car for basic things like this before I left the house. I was told the wires were crimped and one bulb was hanging out. Something is very wrong with this picture because I am the original owner of this 12 year old car and no one has ever played with the wires or with any bulbs.





So they got me and I did not question them so I dropped the ball, so because I felt I was ripped off I will never again go back here again. And where ever you go for your car folks just ask questions and ask them to show you the problem, and beware of coupons because it may end up costing you more in the long run.





And when I asked the guy who worked on the car about it he mumbled under his breath about the wires being a mess, plain and simple do not go here folks because you deserve much better and you work too hard for your money.

First of all, I'd like to say that the guys at the desk were very nice. I was due for an oil change, I did not have an appointment, and they were able to squeeze me in. I did appreciate that.... BUT......



I took my car to the dealership recently to get my inspection done and while I was there I knew I was also up for an oil change. I know some people at the dealership and I know this particular dealership is on the up and up.



I had noticed some oil in our driveway but I had not thought much of it because my husband had changed his own oil in his car and on the bike so I figured it was from him working on his car. I was wrong!



So the dealership explains to me that (oh and by the way, they did not charge me for this part of the service so I know it wasn't some ploy for more $ from me) the previous company that changed my oil would not be recommended because they stripped the oil plug and I have been leaking oil. They had to bore the hole and replace it with a new plug.



This is not the first time in recent history that a Firestone has done a poor job for me or for someone I know that has caused permanent damage.



I know that Firestone can be an economical choice at times, but that doesn't release them from the responsibility of providing QUALITY service.



I used to be able to rely on Firestone, but I know now that this is not a good place to go, deal or no deal.



And don't get me started on the Fruitville Pike location....



I will be writing a letter to Firestone corporate talking about my experiences. If they don't know, they can't pass the information down the line to help increase the quality of the service.

i took my car to them after buying it. they gave me a laundry list of what it needed to be safe. they actually wanted to charge me $2300! I believed them but couldnt afford to have the work done. I started saving for the work that was needed and one of my friends suggested i take it somewhere else. I took it to my dads shop and to a shop that one of my friends uses. both of these places told me that i was out and out lied to by firestone.



Please, please do not take your car to these people. they are nice to your face and will tell you anything but will cheat you out of your hard earned money
