The food here is amazing. The service however is by far thee worst service I have ever, EVER experienced. The waitress was very rude, did not even crack a smile, and when said, thank you to her reply was this "mmhmm" .I generally tip well, but I did not even want to leave her a damn penny. Only reason we did was because how great the chef was and how great the food tasted. When we had paid she opened the book and seen no tip because we were paying in cash. She really had the nerve to say the tip was not included. When we left the first thing she did was open up the check book to see her tip.... BY FAR THEE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely entertaining at the hibachi and a wonderful environment. Very accommodating to children and the service is excellent. I have eaten here at least 10 times, and all have been great experiences. I recommend the Filet Mignon, it melts in your mouth

Kugo is the only sushi restaurant in Lebanon, PA. The sushi is by far average. The service could be better. Whenever I order on the phone they almost always get a few things wrong and I end up paying more for something that cost half the price. The miso soup is terrible, the salad dressing is watered down and the sodas are flat. I find the prices to be high for a place that isn't so good. Even their lunch specials are pricy.



The atmosphere is casual but not ideal for familes with children. The wait staff was aloof and didn't pay much attention to us while we ate there which is why I order and pick up. They weren't very friendly or welcoming and after eating there I didn't want to do it again.





If there were other sushi places in Lebanon or surrounding counties I would not eat at Kugo. Since I really like sushi I am settling for this place. Until a better sushi place comes along.
