I just purchased a new home in which I needed residential Trash removal service. I tried for a week every day to contact them to find out what I needed to do to get service as I used their service at a prior home. It took me 2 calls to figure out from the maze of a phone answering system that if I would take me a person who I believed to be the receptionist. A gentleman picked up and said he was short handed and could I call back in 10 minutes. I said sure and proceeded to call back in 10 minutes, with no answer, then every 10 minutes until 4:00 which was 4 additional times calling with no answer. I called back the next day and left a message with my phone number to which I got no answer so on the 4th day Thursday of that week I called and by chance a gentleman answered not sure if it was the same one, but this time the person asked if I could hold and I was disconnected. Well I caught the hint. They obviously don't want my service and their service was down right horrible.
