Very terrible experience. Poor customer service. The guy operating the place is very rude and dismissive. I have been taking my work jackets there for almost 3 years and I get hints of rudeness, but I don't make a big deal about it and let it go, but today he made me really upset.
He told me he couldn't get the stains off my collar and I asked him what he will need to get it off, suggesting I will be willing to pay extra if necessary. He said he cannot. I told him I could get the stains off if I took at home, but I wanted the extra service and the ironing.
He pushed my jackets back to me and proceeded to cancel the transaction.
I'm talking about white jackets here, that bleach will do justice to.
He went as far as asking me why I didn't bring my jackets in one at a time. I told him, they were closed by the time I was done seeing patients and working on my notes. He replied by saying "Did they need to change their hours because of me". I have always gone there with 3 or 4 jackets at a time. I took 4 today.
I have to find another dry cleaner.

Never again. Took 10 panels of drapes to be dry cleaned- was told they "would call when done." Three weeks later, after no call, I stopped in only to find out they were done within a week after drop-off. So had to iron them since they were folded on a hanger 2 weeks longer than necessary. Upon hanging the drapes I found a stain running the length of the bottom of one panel- took it back and was told they "couldn't get it out." Never pointed it out to me when I picked them up- charged me the same for each panel though. Went home and used water and a gentle soap and the stain came right out.

This cleaner lost the jacket to my suit and replaced it with a smaller jacket. After a month of back-and-forth, they said they would not reimburse me for the jacket. A new suit is expensive and this cleaner just left me out to dry. I would find a better dry cleaner that is willing to honor lost or damaged items.
