I called another company gave me a list of issues with my fridge. Went to buy a used fridge that had issues. They came out last minute to look at both fridges and found the issue with my original one in a short time had the part on the truck. Was up and running. Wish I would have called them first. Would recommend and use again. #Expert#Prompt#Good Service

I had A great experience with this company. They repaired my Samsung refrigerator on their initial visit. They were the only company I contacted that would service Samsung appliances, and I tried several in the Lebanon and Mt. Juliet area. they were prompt and were very nice to work with.

I believe that owen knows what he is doing, you will just pay way too much though...

Here's my story. I had a cooling fan in the Fridge start to go out, it make a squelling

noise and the unit was getting hot. He came out to loook at it and said he would have to order the part, it would cost $150 and take 7-10 days and the total reapir charge would be $350, after complaining he dropped it down to $300.



I had some doubts about this so I did some research. Here's what I found. I found the part for $49 and I was able to have it at my house the next day for an overnight delivery charge of $30. I was ablet to to replace it myself in 10 minutes. I don't

mind paying people for their time and expertise but this guy was going to take me to the cleaners. Be carefull....

I found Action Appliance on yp.com, the reviews are correct, Owen is good at appliance repair, I have been having a problem with my GE profile refrigerator and have had 2 of the big so called repair companies out to repair it with no good results, the problem would not go away. my refrigerator would keep freezing up, he checked it out good and finally found what he called a thermistor in the freezer compartment that was bad ,you could actually see a crack in it. he installed a new one which he had with him on his van. I was very pleased with him and his work. His # is now on my speed dial list, I recommend him to anyone who needs appliance repair!

I called this company because they were the only local company i could find that would repair my samsung front load washer. Owen, the technician found the problem very quickly, It was a clogged pump filter. He cleaned it out (it did not even require a new part), He instructed me on how to do this because he said it was a common problem and would happen again. He also helped me with a dishwasher issue. Owen is a very nice and friendly guy, I recommend him highly, they are reasonable on their price too!
