The front office ladies are wonderful. I'm always called back within minutes of arriving for my appointment. If I ever have a problem they are quick to call me back and help me with a solution.

We were referred to this practice by our primary care physician and tried for six months to get an appointment. The girls in front office are rude and very unprofessional! Would have liked to have seen a doctor I am told they are the best. Bad situation all the way around.

This is the only place I have ever been where I feel people listen to me, don't judge me and include me in making decisions about my treatment. I know that other review had negative things to say, and at times the front desk has some hiccups, but I"ve never been to a doctor's office that doesn't. Plus, they have all new front desk staff since that review was written. Plus, you can't please everyone and it is a small local office. I don't go there for the front desk staff - I go there for the doctor's. The whole place feels like a family and everyone is so friendly. It's not like some of the other places I have been where you feel like cattle and are rushed out. I've been going there for over a year and have felt the best I have since I've seen anyone. A friend referred me there after her great experience and I'm so thankful to her for letting me know about this place!

managment side of the house that deals with scheduling appointments are terrible.

We had to drive close to a hour to get there. Several times we had issues.

#1 they gave us a app. card but didnt put us on the planner

#2 Wrote the name down wrong, dont know how! but it caused us to set in the Lobby for along time

#3 dove again 45 minutes to app just to get there, and they tell us its been canceled.



The manager and my wife had words, My wife asked if you called i would see your number, or better yet why not leave a voice mail or continue to call until you talk with some one.



My wife and me both agree they didnt call. The manager said its my girls word verses yours. She basically called my wife a liar... which is stoopid. Why waste the gas to get there if we didnt thinbk we did not have a appointment,



They are not proffesional and the patient in this case was not put first. Find a place who keeps there appointments. we are tired of the constant errors when we have to sacrifice to drive there.
