Wow Titansgirl!! If this is who I think this is then boy do you need a reality check!! You brought your baby in for a Santa shoot and she was terrified of Santa. I hardly find that to be Amy's fault. I was there during this session & watched a member of your family obnoxiously trying to get your baby to smile instead of letting us do our job. You then insisted that you get your entire 30 minute session so you could continue to torture your baby while she screamed. Amy Rich has won countless awards for her work including Photographer of the year for the entire State of Tennessee. If you want a cheap photographer then go to JCPenny or Portrait Innovations. You also wanted a disc of pictures so you could print on your own to basically steal Amy's work instead of paying for prints in a previous session. When I go to a hair salon I pay for their experience & expertise. If I wanted a cheap haircut then I'd go to SuperCuts. Before you decide to write a negative review about someone & their business they have worked so hard for maybe you should have a little knowledge of their field. Just saying!!!

Half decent work but entirely overpriced and she has no personality. If you are looking for someone that would try to work with your kids and make them laugh or smile, you are DEFINITELY wasting your time. Amy relies on you to make your kids smile while she stands there frustrated. I would highly recommend that you seek out other options. She seems to hate her job and isn't accommodating in even the least bit. If you don't fit in the box you might as well leave her studio. She's very unprofessional and just plain rude! Save your time and $ because you will pay a flat fortune and receive hardly anything

Amy Rich Photography is the best studio I have ever been to. We had a family photographer, who was great, but I realized that there was "something" missing after we saw Amy for the first time. She is very accomodating and flexible to meet your needs/schedule. I really appreciate the time she spends with us to preview proofs. And, I also greatly appreciate how patient she is when I take f-o-r-e-v-e-r to choose what pictures I'm going to purchase. My only complaint is that I wish I had enough money to buy every single picture she takes of us!! They are THAT good!!!
