My apartment at Brookside Condos is very large, I have new appliances and plenty of parking. Very close to everything.

If you want to be met by a professional and caring management team, Brookside condos at Cedarwood drive in Lebanon TN is not the place for you. If you want neighbors that cruise around in their cars right outside your window, blasting loud enough bass music to shake your windows, or a dozen people blasting music while yelling and screaming way past midnight on weekdays, then this is the place for you. And here is where management comes in. There have been complaints. Nothing has been done about it. Many of us are tired and sleep deprived. There are children in this building as well as elderly. We are all feeling abandoned. I wish I could rate this place higher, because the apartments are good, but the lack of help when help is desperately needed is such a punch in the stomach.

I have lived here for a year and these apartments are the worst I have ever been in. The managment sucks and are never here and the maintenance takes way to long to respond to anything. It is extremely loud all the time and has drug dealers living here and my car got broke into and someone tried to break in my apartment. Don't move here it's the worst.

This is a very quiet place to live with wildlife all around!
