I took my bridesmaid dress to have it altered, nothing extravagant or complex, it just needed to be taken in on the sides about a 1/4 of an inch to a 1/2 of an inch on both sides. the extremely rude women there took it in, however instead of taking it in all the way to the bottom of the dress they stopped with about 6-8 inches from the bottom and just worked the new seem into the original. it looks really horrid, they did an even worse job on my sisters gown, (causing a lot of headache for the bride). so those of you looking for alterations, please go somewhere else. this place is not worth the money, they will only mess up your clothes, and they are really really rude, made me feel unwanted and awkward then tried to tell me it was my fault.
